Gujarat HC Urges State to Make Appointments to RERA Appellate Tribunal - (21 Aug 2020)

Gujarat High Court has urged the State Government to expedite the process of appointing members as well as the Chairperson to the Gujarat Real Estate Appellate Tribunal.
