SC: Concerned That AGR Dues Will Be 'Wiped Out' in IBC Process - (21 Aug 2020)

Supreme Court has remarked that it was wary of Aggregate Gross Revenue-related dues owed to the Government being wiped out in light of the insolvency proceedings initiated by Telecommunication Companies.
