NCLAT Upholds NCLT's Order of No Insolvency Proceedings Against Tata Chemicals - (20 Aug 2020)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has dismissed an appeal filed by Allied Silica Limited challenging the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai order that had rejected the insolvency application for initiating Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against Tata Chemicals under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
