Bombay HC Dismisses Yes Bank Petition Against Zee Promoters - (20 Aug 2020)

Bombay High Court has rejected a Yes Bank Petition that sought to prevent Zee Entertainment Enterprises from selling shares and disposing of assets, saying there’s no case for any interim relief and the entire suit was possibly “misconceived and misdirected”.
