SC Issues Notice in Plea Seeking Disqualification of Defected MLAs of MP Assembly - (19 Aug 2020)

Supreme Court has sought response from the Speaker of Madhya Pradesh Assembly on the reason for not taking a decision on Petitions seeking disqualification of 22 defecting Members of Legislative Assembly from the Indian National Congress to Bhartiya Janata Party.
