Madras HC Junks Vedanta's Plea to Reopen Sterlite Copper Plant in Tamil Nadu - (19 Aug 2020)

ENVIRONMENT

Madras High Court has dismissed petitions by Vedanta Limited, against closure of its Sterlite Copper Plant in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, and other consequential orders passed by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board.
