Bombay HC Directs Mumbai Police Commissioner to Constitute SIT into Death Due to Police Brutality - (18 Aug 2020)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has directed the Mumbai Police Commissioner to form a Special Investigation Team of two officers within 24 hours to investigate the death of a 22-year-old man in Vile Parle who was assaulted by police officials on 29th March, 2020.
