Delhi HC Allows ED to Move Application for Urgent Hearing on Appeals Against Acquittal of A Raja - (18 Aug 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has given liberty to the Enforcement Directorate to move an application for seeking urgent hearing on Leave to Appeal filed against the acquittal of A Raja and others in the 2G Spectrum case.
