Madras HC Restrains TANGEDCO from Charging Compensation Towards Low PF - (17 Aug 2020)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Madras High Court has directed the Tamil Nadu Generation & Distribution Corporation Limited to levy only minimum charges, during the lockdown period. The Court has also restrained the company from charging compensation towards low Provident Fund.
