SC Directs Reliance to Produce Documents to Determine Liability for Payment of AGR Dues - (17 Aug 2020)

Supreme Court has directed Centre, Reliance Jio and Reliance Communications to produce documents so as to determine as to who is liable to pay Aggregated Gross Revenue (AGR) Dues.
