P&H HC Directs Re-Classification of Ayurvedic Sanitizers Within 12% GST Bracket - (17 Aug 2020)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Punjab and Haryana High Court has disposed of a Public Interest Litigation for reclassification of Ayurvedic ingredients based sanitizer within 12% Goods and Services Tax (GST) Tariff bracket instead of 18%, with a direction to the GST authority to consider the same.
