Hyderabad High Court : Disciplinary Action Can't be Different in Case of Contract Employees - (18 Jan 2016)

Hyderabad High Court has made it clear that in matter of disciplinary proceedings a differential treatment cannot be meted out to an accused contract employee from regular employees of an organisation.
