AAR, Andhra Pradesh: Coaching Classes Not Eligible to Seek GST Exemption - (10 Aug 2020)

Authority for Advance Ruling, Andhra Pradesh has clarified that the coaching classes are not eligible for exemption under Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
