Delhi HC Asks Centre on Incorporating Provisions in Statute for Judgment Debtor’s Financial Capacity - (07 Aug 2020)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has asked the Central Government to take into consideration, stating that the mandatory filing of the affidavit of assets, income, expenditure and liabilities by judgment-debtor in a detailed prescribed form at the very threshold of execution litigation should be incorporated in the statutes.
