Bombay HC Refuses to Quash Decision Classifying Categories of Prisoners for Temporary Release - (07 Aug 2020)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has refused to quash the decision of the High Power Committee constituted by the State for decongestion of prisons due to the threat of COVID-19, to classify categories of prisoners who will be released on emergency parole.
