NCLT Delhi Seeks Reply of Bhushan Steel's Monitoring Committee on Policy for Retirement - (07 Aug 2020)

SERVICE

National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi has sought response from the Monitoring Committee of Bhushan Power & Steel Limited in relation to its retirement policy issued to over 200 BPSL employees.
