SC: Stringent Provisions of NDPS Still Requires Establishing Prima Facie Case - (06 Aug 2020)

Supreme Court has observed that stringent provisions of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 do not dispense with the requirements of prosecution to establish a prima facie case beyond reasonable doubt.
