P & H HC Asks Centre to Reconsider Ban on Import of Used Ventilators - (06 Aug 2020)

CIVIL

Punjab and Haryana High Court has asked the Centre to examine whether the use of imported refurbished ventilators can be permitted, suggesting a reconsideration of the ban on import of used ventilators.
