Delhi HC Seeks Centre, NLU Consortium Stand on Plea for Taking CLAT 2020 from Home - (05 Aug 2020)

EDUCATION

Delhi High Court has issued notices to the Central Government and the Consortium of National Law Universities on plea impugning the CLAT-2020 notification, in so far as it mandates physical presence of the students at the examination centre.
