Karnataka HC Asks State to Decide on Bar Association's Plea for Loans - (05 Aug 2020)

Karnataka High Court has directed the State Government to consider and take a decision on a representation made by the Belgavi Bar Association, seeking that a loan of up to Rs 5 Lakhs be extended to members of the bar who are in financial distress, due to limited functioning of Courts.
