SC: Multiplier for Age Group 15-25 Years in Motor Accident Compensation is 18 - (04 Aug 2020)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Supreme Court has reiterated that while computing Motor Accident Compensation, for the age group of 15-25 years, the multiplier has to be '18'.
