Delhi HC Seeks Response on Plea Seeking Stay on Appointment of Delhi Minorities Commission Chairman - (31 Jul 2020)

Delhi High Court has sought response of the Centre, Delhi government and the lieutenant governor on a plea seeking a stay on further appointment to the post of Delhi Minorities Commission chairman.
