SC Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Delimitation Exercise in Nagaland - (31 Jul 2020)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has issued notice in a plea challenging the order issued by Union of India under section 10A of the Delimitation Act, 2002 whereby the delimitation exercise in the State of Nagaland has been resumed based on a 2001 census.
