SC Restores Punishment of Cashiering' Imposed on Army 'Medical Specialist - (31 Jul 2020)

DEFENCE

Supreme Court has restored the sentence of cashiering from service imposed on an Army Officer who while working as Medical Specialist had allegedly misbehaved with women.
