Delhi HC Dismisses PIL Challenging Delhi Govt.'s "Freebie Policy" Of Electricity, Water Subsidies - (31 Jul 2020)

Delhi High Court has dismissed with costs a Public Interest Litigation challenging the Delhi Government's grant of electricity and water concessions, and other "freebie policies", to the residents in the National Capital Territory.
