Uttarakhand HC Directs Govt to Constitute Committee to Identify Biodiversity Heritage Sites - (30 Jul 2020)

ENVIRONMENT

Uttarakhand High Court has directed the State Government to constitute an Expert Committee within four weeks, to examine whether there is a need to identify biodiversity heritage sites in Uttarakhand under Section 37 of the Biodiversity Act, 2002.
