SC Allows Filing of Writ Petition Against Environmental Clearance Granted to New Parliament Building - (29 Jul 2020)

ENVIRONMENT

Supreme Court has allowed the filing of a Writ Petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India, 1949 challenging the Environmental Clearance granted for the construction of a new Parliament building as part of Union Government's ambitious Central Vista Project.
