SC Makes Filing of Soft Copies of Petitions Mandatory Along with Physical Filing - (28 Jul 2020)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has intimated that from now on Advocates-on-Record and Party-in-Person will have to file a soft copy of the Petition as well as the accompanying documents, apart from physical filing at the filing counter of the Supreme Court Registry.
