Orissa HC Releases on Bail Man Accused of Rape of Minor Upon Marriage to Victim - (28 Jul 2020)

Orissa High Court has granted bail to a man accused of rape of a minor, noting his submission that while availing interim bail, he has married the survivor, who has now attained majority.
