Gujarat HC Issues Instructions for Physical Filing at Subordinate Courts - (28 Jul 2020)

CIVIL

Gujarat High Court has intimated that all the Subordinate Courts in the State, except the Courts falling in Micro Containment Zones, shall start accepting physical filing of cases with effect from 4th August, 2020.
