Delhi HC Allows Harsh Mander to Withdraw Plea Seeking FIR Against Politicians - (27 Jul 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has allowed Harsh Mander to withdraw his Writ Petition which sought registration of First Information Report against politicians such as Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur, Parvesh Verma etc., over alleged incitement of Delhi riots.
