P&H HC: Legislature Didn't Intend to Debar Juvenile from Seeking Relief of Pre-Arrest Bail - (27 Jul 2020)

Punjab & Haryana High Court has held that a petition for grant of pre-arrest bail cannot be said as non-maintainable as there is no indication that the legislature intended to debar juveniles from seeking pre-arrest bails.
