P&H HC: Being Member of Social Media Group with Objectionable Content Makes One Accomplice - (27 Jul 2020)

Punjab and Haryana High Court has opined that the fact that one is a member of the social media group where an objectionable video was circulated makes him/her an accomplice to the offence.
