SC Rules, No Building Projects is Allowed Without Prior Environmental Clearances - (15 Jan 2016)

Supreme Court has ruled that real estate sector cannot build without first getting environment clearances, as builders all over India are not respecting law, building and selling first, then later getting the clearances.
