Punjab & Haryana High Court Denies Bail to Gang-Rape Accused - (24 Jul 2020)

CRIMINAL

Punjab and Haryana High Court has denied bail to a gang-rape accused, observing that merely because the DNA report of the rape victim does not match with the Petitioner cannot conclude that the Petitioner is not involved in the crime.
