Supreme Court Slams Uber Rape Case Accused for Seeking Recall of Witnesses and Victim - (14 Aug 2015)

Supreme Court has quashed Uber cab rape case accused Shiv Kumar Yadav’s plea seeking recall of witnesses including the victim to examine them afresh in the trial court. Further stating “if the court agrees with your suggestion, the entire criminal justice system will be destroyed”.
