Delhi HC Allows Samsonite to Pay Profiteered Amount in Instalments - (22 Jul 2020)

Delhi High Court has allowed Samsonite South Asia to pay a profiteered amount of Rs. 21.8 Crores in equal instalments, instead of paying the full amount upfront, offering such a relief for the first time.
