Bombay HC Sets Aside 10-yr Jail of 2 Simi Men - (22 Jul 2020)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has set aside the 10-year jail sentence awarded in 2017 to two Simi members by a Jalgaon Court for their involvement in sending some suspects for terror training to Kashmir.
