SC Refuses to Entertain Plea Against Denial of OBC Reservation in Tamil Nadu - (22 Jul 2020)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking issuance of directions for setting aside the Centre's decision to implement all India counselling for UG and PG medical courses, without implementing 50% OBC reservation in Tamil Nadu.
