P&H HC Stays Order Prohibiting Circulation of News Via Social Media - (21 Jul 2020)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Punjab and Haryana High Court has stayed a "blanket bar" imposed by the Karnal administration on circulation of news via social media platforms.
