Delhi High Court Allows Counsels to File 2 Reports in North-East Delhi Riots Case - (21 Jul 2020)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has allowed both the standing counsel and the special public prosecutor to argue and file their respective status reports opposing any relief to Congress councillor, Ishrat Jahan in the North East Delhi Riots Case.
