HP HC: Contractual Workers Also Entitled to Benefits Under Maternity Benefits Act - (20 Jul 2020)

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that the benefit of maternity leaves is available to contractual employees also, with all consequential benefits, including continuity in service.
