Ministry of Road Transport Notifies Norms for Temporary Registration Number of New Vehicles - (17 Jul 2020)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Ministry of Road Transport has notified that driving a new vehicle with a temporary registration number written on a piece of paper and pasted on the vehicle is an offence. The Ministry has further notified a comprehensive norm for colour code for alphanumeric detail and for the background portion used for displaying the registration of 11 categories of vehicles.
