Kerala HC: Benefit u/s 427 CrPC Can be Claimed Before Court Dealing with Subsequent Offences - (14 Jul 2020)

Kerala High Court has observed that the benefit under Section 427 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) can be claimed only before the Court dealing with the subsequent offences.
