Delhi HC Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Insecticide Rules on Packaging and Labelling - (14 Jul 2020)

Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Central Government in a plea challenging the latest amendment to the Insecticide Rules, 2020 which lays down regulations for packaging and labelling of insecticides.
