Delhi HC Issues Notice to ECI on Plea Seeking De-registration of YSR Congress Party - (14 Jul 2020)

ELECTION

Delhi High Court has issued notice to Election Commission of India and YSR Congress Party in a plea seeking de-registration of Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy's political party called YSR Congress for the alleged unlawful appropriation of the name 'YSR'.
