Bombay HC: No Older-Age Writer Concession for Students with Special Needs - (15 Jan 2016)

Bombay High Court has stayed older-age writer concession for students with special needs to write their state board examination. In a recently issued Government Resolution (GR), State has given this concession, among others for such children.
