NGT to MOEF and CPCB: Clarify Stand on Setting Up Effluent Treatment Plants - (14 Jan 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has directed Ministry of Environment and Forests (MOEF) and Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to clarify their stand on demand of setting up effluent treatment plants to treat sewage water used for growing vegetables and crops.
