SC Directs Centre to Identify Private Hospitals for Cost-Effective Treatment of COVID-19 - (27 May 2020)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court has taken up for hearing a plea seeking nationwide cost related regulations for treatment of Coronavirus patients at private and corporate hospitals. The Court has directed the Government to identify a list of those hospitals where minimum or free of cost treatment can be done.
