Madras HC Recalls Order Allowing MACTs to Record Compromise Settlements - (27 May 2020)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Madras High Court has withdrawn its earlier order allowing the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunals in the Tamil Nadu to entertain compromise applications, without the need for any transfer petitions; to record compromise settlements themselves based on digital consent of parties.
